Unfortunately, in this scenario it is your responsibility to cover all costs of repairs to your vehicle.

My vehicle was towed to Totem Towing, how do I get my things out of it?

If the vehicle was towed to our storage facility and you need to remove items from your vehicle, you may come to our compound and request that you pick up your belongings. Make sure you bring picture identification with you. This security measure is necessary to ensure your vehicle and goods are not released to someone unknown to the owner.

What do I do now?

If your vehicle was towed into our compound, you will need to contact us and arrange to towing and storage fees to be paid.  If your vehicle is not drivable, we can tow it to a service facility for you.
